RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

We spend months designing and making each clothing the very best that it can be, and hopefully that means a clothing that you’ll love! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with a smooth and simple return or exchange process.

 

RETURNS POLICY

You can return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of the delivery date. Follow these easy steps:

1. Contact Us

Email us at info@luxesimplicite.store to notify us of your return or exchange request. We’ll provide you with a return form.

2. Complete the Return Form

Fill out the return form included in your package. Clearly indicate which items you are returning, and specify whether you’d like an exchange or a refund.

3. Ship Your Parcel

Send the package back to us using the carrier of your choice within 14 days of receiving your order.

4. Processing Your Return

Once your return arrives at our hub, we’ll process it within 10 business days and keep you updated via email.
